Basics:

$125 setup fee for 1 color - up to 5 different designs - add $100 for additional colors

3-4 week delivery - (4-6 weeks from Oct to Dec).

Rush orders available - depending on print and production schedule.

Custom Chocolate Process (the details)

1. Choose your box size - see Packaging Options and Price List

2. Send us your images. Don’t stress if you don’t have the right files, we will help you.— Vector files are best, we can work with high-quality pdfs— Other formats (jpg, png) -  we can recreate (may incur a $50 art fee)—

Include Chouquette designs at no extra charge.

See Design Guidelines attachment - share with your art department or designer, 90% of clients do not need this info.

3. Recommendations - Mix of Milk and Dark Chocolate filled with our Signature Vanilla Sea Salt Caramel.— Happy to chat about custom fillings - ganache (chocolate-based) too

.4. You should receive your first draft in 48 hours, longer if creating new art

5. Approve the designs or or  update the proof with your changes.

6. Pay invoice - at least 50% required before we can send your designs to print.

7. We send your approved designs to our cocoa butter screen printer (3 weeks)

8. Chocolate production and packaging. 

9. Extras - Custom label, enclosure card, printed ribbon - usually a $25 fee.

10. Select shipping options - individual shipping to multiple addresses $10 each with tissue and a white padded envelope or box— direct ship - we just need a spreadsheet with the names and address, please ask us about the format.

11. Sit back and wait for the gratitude!
